Final Sale & Custom Product Policy

All items ordered from J. Lee Bag Co. are custom-made specifically for your business and are final sale. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Because our products are custom manufactured, slight variations may occur during the production, handling, packing, and shipping process. These variations are normal and do not affect the functionality or overall quality of the product.

IMPORTANT — DARK & SOLID COLORS:
Dark, deep, and solid-colored bags are naturally more prone to showing minor surface scratches, scuffs, rub marks, impressions, or other superficial marks. These can occur during normal manufacturing, packing, and transit and may be more noticeable on colors such as black, burgundy, navy, dark green, brown, and other deep shades.

Minor surface marks that are visible under certain lighting or at particular angles are considered an expected characteristic of these materials and are NOT considered a manufacturing defect. They do not qualify for replacement, remake, refund, credit, or discount.

If you are particularly concerned about the visibility of minor surface marks, we strongly recommend selecting a lighter background color, pattern, or design, as these tend to make normal handling marks significantly less noticeable.

If your order has a genuine manufacturing or quality issue beyond normal production tolerances, please email contact@jleebagco.com promptly after receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, work with you to make it right.

J. Lee Bag Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
